Participants will become acquainted with the current and future structures of Wireless networks and the services that use these networks and the applications at these services. In addition, participants will comprehend the differences between the “Network Implementation Types” at wireless cables and will be able to assess the advantages and disadvantages of these options. Duration: 30 hours
TETRA –Digitally Linked Radio
Workshop participants will gain knowledge about the setting up of applications, protocols and functions at the TETRA system. Duration: 20 hours
TETRA Air Interface
This seminar is primarily aimed at the understanding of “Air Interface” concept and than its usage by more than one system, application approaches and in dept understanding. Duration: 10 hour
WIMAX – IEEE 802.16 Wireless Broadband Access
The participants will learn about the different WMAN and MBWA configurations and get familiar with the current status of 4th Generation mobile network approaches. Duration: 20 hours
Wireless LAN Theory and Practice
Participants will have detailed information on WLAN protocol layers, interfaces, procedures and also security issues. By means of practical exercises, the participants will gain experience on the installation, operation and maintenance of these applications. Duration: 20 hours
Radio Frequency and its Identification RFID
The participants will meet the RFID technique and will learn to grasp its importance for the business environment they are responsible for. They will gain ability in assessing the problems and benefits of moving and applying the RFID system. Duration: 10 hours
